Dec 18, 2023Whilst the Christmas period is well known for its ghost stories, it would seem that our visitors from other worlds are determined not to be outdone in the spooky festive story category.
One such incident is known as the Rochester Incident, which reportedly occurred in the early hours of December 3, 1999, in Rochester, New York. The witness, after waking up, found himself in a room resembling a hospital with entities that appeared like his sister and mother, but he knew they were not. This encounter involved strange devices, humanoid figures, and a sense of being pursued. The witness recalled being dragged into an "orange van-like object with no wheels" and experiencing a loss of consciousness.
Another incident occurred on December 12, 1999, in Volgograd, Russia. A woman named Larissa, while traveling with her father, encountered "two figures dressed in black" and a sudden, thick, yellow fog. Following this, they experienced missing time and vague memories of being inside a triangular craft with humanoid beings. Hypnotic regression revealed memories of a telepathic dialogue with the entities and being handed a "human-alien hybrid baby.”
In Brazil, during the Christmas period of 1969, there were multiple strange disappearances and reappearances of children. They reported being approached by tall, blond-haired abductors and taken to unknown locations. Some of the children recounted memories of being in a "small hut" or a "strange airplane.”
On Christmas Eve of 2010, a woman in Manitoba, Canada, witnessed a unique celestial event. She observed three orange lights forming a triangle in the sky, persisting for nearly an hour. Eventually, one light started descending and vanished, followed by the disappearance of the other two.
On December 19, 2019, residents of Las Vegas reported an unusual sighting. A bright orb, adorned with blue and white flashing lights, was seen moving rapidly along a hillside. The speed of this mysterious object was estimated to be around 1000 miles per hour.
In Poughkeepsie, New York, a local, thrilled with his new telescope received as a Christmas gift in 1999, experienced a remarkable sighting from his home's deck. He spotted a boomerang-shaped object, glowing orange, gliding slowly beneath the cloud layer before vanishing behind the tree line.
During a Christmas Day celebration in 2012, party attendees were captivated by the sight of three silent, orange lights traversing the night sky at an estimated altitude of 500 feet. These lights then ascended vertically at a rapid pace and disappeared from view.
One of the most well-documented incidents occurred over several nights just after Christmas 1980 in Rendlesham Forest, Suffolk, England. Known as the Rendlesham Forest Incident, it involved U.S. Air Force personnel stationed at RAF Woodbridge. They encountered a metallic, triangular-shaped craft with intense lights and hieroglyphic-like symbols on its surface. The encounter involved perceptions of time distortion, binary code transmissions, and heightened radiation levels in the area.
As you head out to family gatherings or social events this festive season, remember to occasionally glance upwards. Amidst the twinkling stars, you just might catch a glimpse of something more mysterious than Santa’s sleigh darting across the sky.
